How are my data handled? Will Seal team be able to see my company's Figma files?
Customer data: Seal does not have access to nor collecting customer's data created in this Figma widget. (This means the events you created will not be visible to us.)
Figma file data: Seal also does not collect nor have access to file data from your Figma design files.
Usage data: we sometimes collect usage data to improve our customer experiences, you can find more in our cookie policy.
Do you security certificates?
As a Figma extension, Seal tracking plan widget strictly adhere to Figma's security policies, and our widget is fully running within Figma's serving environment, which is a SOC2, SOC3, ISO27001, and GDPR compliant system (See more here).
What kind of customer service can I expect from priority support in paid plans?
We care our customers and dedicate to giving customers best experience. For bug reports or product feedback you can file directly at hello@getseal.co . With paid plan's priority support, we usually respond as fast as we can and aim to move forward within 24 business hours.
How do I update to the latest version?
Please follow this 30s video to update. For security, beta users need to sign up again, this time with a password, but your existing work will not be affected.
Can I just keep the old version?
Due to technical updates from Figma, we have made underlying technical refinements to the latest version. As we moved out of beta, some functionalities might not be supported in older versions. It is highly recommended that you update.
Does updating to new version impact existing event nodes?
No. If you follow the the 30s video to update, your existing nodes will be upgraded and the data will not be affected, nor will any migration be required from your end.
What about my old limits granted from customer support team during beta period?
Unfortunately, your beta limits will no longer be applicable in the formal release. If you currently have more than 5 events per Figma file, you can choose to upgrade to Professional version, which gives you 300 events per file.

How do I purchase more limits?
In Figma, go to main widget, then click profile “👤” icon from the top right corner. Then select “manage my account”. This will lead you to account web page, where you can manage your plans.
